Client

Multinational Pharmaceuticals & Diagnostics Company

Challenge & Objective

How might a new way of looking at ‘personalization’ shift the landscape of pharmaceuticals? What is the opportunity to create new innovation ecosystems across 20 countries?

Outcomes

We created global engagement through a designed dialogue, which generated insights that led to strategy, planning and execution of critical plans.

Sparking a creative, entrepreneurial mindset, we introduced learning opportunities and moments of cross-cultural dialogue that led to an expanded understanding, driving market knowledge and eventual ROI.

Process

As part of looking at the future of personalized health, we curated a global, cross-industry, cross-sector group of innovators from US, UK, Denmark and Austria, to discuss opportunities for engagement, design and implementation of new strategic partnerships. Creating value across ecosystems and illuminating the influence of the pharmaceutical industry on policy, governance, and society on a global scale.
